All applicants for volunteer positions must be 16 years of age or older.

All applicants for employment as a Ministry Intern, Area Director or Project Coordinator must:

- Be 18 years of age or older

- Have a high school diploma (or equivalent)

- Have a valid drivers license

All applicants must be U.S. citizens

An extensive criminal background check is required for each applicant. 

All staff positions are responsible for raising  their own personal and designated support.
